Two Lafayette Men Busted For Child Porn

66 year old James Hinson and 24 year old Mathias Cormier, both of Lafayette, were recently arrested by the Cyber Crimes Unit of the Attorney General's Office. Hinson was arrested on 100 counts of possessing child porn after the execution of a search warrant discovered dozens of pornographic images of children under the age of 13. Cormier was charged with 14 counts of possessing child porn. Both men were booked into the Lafayette Parish Jail and face up to 40 years in prison on each count.
