The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns remain in the same spot in the latest ESPN College Football Power Index, which was released on Sunday.

For the second-straight week, Louisiana is at #52 in the ESPN Power Index.

This breaks a streak of four-straight weeks that the Cajuns have not climbed in the Power Index.

Of course, Louisiana was idle last weekend, after capturing their fourth consecutive win on Saturday, September 28, defeating the Georgia Southern Eagles, 37-24, in their Sun Belt Conference opener in Statesboro, Georgia.

The Cajuns return to action on Wednesday night, when they play host to Appalachian St. in a key Sun Belt Conference affair.

The Power Index still projects Louisiana to win 10 games this season and ranks their remaining schedule as one of the easiest, listing it at #121 among 130 FBS schools.

Alabama is ranked atop the ESPN Power Index, with Ohio St., Clemson, Georgia, and LSU.

Louisiana is listed as the highest-rated school from the Sun Belt Conference, with Appalachian St. next at #59.
