Building A Brand Using Search Engine Optimization – Brand Buzz

Building a brand online is not as hard as it sounds.  But, one of the tools that you need is Search Engine Optimization or SEO.  Jaci Russo stopped by the Afternoon Drive Home to  talk about it and said that it really will help you build up your business by using the tools that Google gives you to come up higher in searches.  Russo broke down what the basics are for SEO.  She said,

If you know nothing else, know these things because you're going to regret the time and investment you've wasted by not following just these 10 simple things.

It includes fresh content, page titles and headers, keywords and not using Flash on your website.  Russo also mentioned that there are also tips for advanced users of the web at their blog that are things that many of us do not know.

Russo talked about the use of keywords and said that using the right words can make the difference when people are looking for you, your competition or in general searches so people can find you.
