1 Teen Injured, 1 Teen Arrested In Lafayette Shooting On Sunday

A 17-year-old black male victim is in stable condition in a local hospital after suffering multiple gunshot wounds on Sunday.

Lafayette Police say the incident happened around 2 PM in the 100 block of Wilbourn Boulevard.

A 16-year-old black male suspect has been arrested and charged with a single count of Attempted Second Degree Murder and has been booked into the Juvenile Detention Center.
