2 Ville Platte Men Accused Of Stealing 4-Wheelers In St. Landry Parish

Jermaine Richard and Dashon Davis – both 18-years-old and from Ville Platte – have been arrested in several 4-wheeler thefts in St. Landry and Evangeline Parish. Two juveniles were also arrested on October 29 for their alleged roles in the theft ring. 

Investigators believe Davis and Richard are part of a group of individuals committing various crimes in the Grand Prairie and Belaire Cove area between St. Landry and Evangeline Parish.   

Two of the four stolen ATV’s have been located. If you have a stolen four-wheeler and did not have the VIN number at the time of the report, please contact the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Department's Criminal Investigation Division. Tips to Crime Stoppers have already resulted in arrests and the recovery of the stolen ATV’s.
