2019 World’s Ugliest Dog

A new pup has been crowned in the annual World's Ugliest Dog competition! Meet Scamp the Tramp.

During the 31st annual World's Ugliest Dog Contest the bug-eyed rescue pup went from Scamp the Tramp to Scamp the Champ taking home $1,500, a trophy and another $1,500 to donate to an animal shelter. The bragging rights of being the World's Ugliest Dog aren't too shabby either.
