A Lafayette man who is wanted in connection to an attempted murder case in St. Martin Parish was finally booked with multiple charges yesterday.

St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office Major Ginny Higgins says Denzel Livings was booked on ten counts of attempted first degree murder.

Higgins says that on the afternoon of April 11th deputies were called out to Roy Melancon Road in Breaux Bridge to investigate after shots had been fired.

The people there said they were being shot at from two men who road by the house. They were fired upon while standing in the yard.

Twenty-three year-old Tyrell Livings was arrested on April 26 after the victims identified him, but the other Livings wasn't arrested until April 30.

He was finally moved from the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center to the St. Martin Parish Jail for booking.
