WILLISTON, S.C. (AP) — Life without electricity will continue for a fourth day today for tens of thousands of customers in the South after this week's killer winter storm that left its mark all the way into New England.

Ice snapped trees and downed power lines. South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, compared the damage to the aftermath of a hurricane. More than two dozen deaths are blamed on the storm.
