You might not know the name Lee Allen Zeno but I bet you've heard his music. Mr. Lee has graced stages all over the world but he always comes home to Acadiana. He's been a featured performer with legends like Eric Clapton and Buckwheat Zydeco. He's been honored with a Grammy Award for his amazing musical talent. Lee Allen Zeno is facing his third battle with cancer and you and I can help him out.

ZenoFest has been scheduled for Sunday at the Acadiana Center for the Arts in Downtown Lafayette. If you love local music then you will be mighty glad the Saints scheduled this week's game on Thursday night because you won't want to miss this show.

The list of featured performers continues to grow. But I have it on good authority that just about everybody who is anybody in the local music scene will be there. There are already confirmed performances by Wayne Toups, Roddie Romero, Major Handy, and a host of others. Many of those performers have had their own careers advanced or enhanced by Mr. Lee.

Admission for the event is $10 bucks but you can pay more. I hope you will too. You can secure your ticket online or get yours at the door of the Acadiana Center for the Arts on Sunday. The event will run from Noon until 5 pm.
