Boil Water Order Advisory Issued For Catahoula

(St. Martinville, La.) - Water pressure has been restored in the Catahoula area of St. Martin Parish following a pump malfunction. A boil water order advisory is in effect until further notice and residents are being advised to boil water prior to using it for cooking or drinking purposes. Water sampling will take place on December 2, 2010, to determine if the advisory will remain in place. Catahoula residents are requested to honor the boil advisory until further notice.
