Carencro Woman’s Brother Dies In Orlando Massacre

A Carencro woman's brother was one of the slain over the weekend.

According to our news partners at KATC, 18-year-old Julissa Leal drove twelve hours from Carencro to Orlando to find out her brother, 27-year-old Frank Hernandez, was one of the 49 people murdered by Omar Mateen. The tragedy at Pulse nightclub is the most deadly mass shooting in U.S. history.

Frank has lived in Orlando for three years.
