Chef Pat Mould visited 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today to share his excitement about the beginning of festival season in South Louisiana.

Chef Mould said cool weather we've had the last few mornings is the perfect setting for all the upcoming festivals.  Mould said, "From the Shrimp and Petroleum Festival in Morgan City to the Meat Pie Festival in Natchitoches it doesn't get any better."

Chef Mould says Louisiana festivals bring out the best in it's people and they help bring large amounts of tourist money to the state.  He urged everyone to visit a local festival and invite out-of-state friends and relatives to join in the fun.  For a complete line-up of fall festivals he suggested a visit to the Louisiana Office of Tourism's website.
