City Of Lafayette Road Closures Start Today

- The Meridian Avenue Bridge in River Ranch located between Villaggio Drive and Biltmore Way is now closed for about 2 months, weather permitting. LCG Public Works Bridge Crew members will be performing bridge maintenance on the deck and other incidental work. There are detour routes established.
- W. Congress Street Bridge crossing Indian Bayou near Chatel Road and between S. Richfield Road (LA 343) and S. Fieldspan Road (LA 724) is now closed for about 9 months, weather permitting. The bridge is being replaced. Detour routes are established on Landry Road.
