EatLafayette: Pizza Artista

EatLafayette is a celebration of the best restaurants the Hub City has to offer and it happens at this time every year. I have the terrible job of visiting a lot of these local favorites. Who am I kidding? Learning the stories and traditions behind some of Lafayette's best dishes makes my job the best in the world.

This week, we spent some time at Pizza Artista in Lafayette's Time Plaza. With literally thousands of possible combinations, Pizza Artista has something for everyone. We tried some of the Cajun offerings including the Classic Cajun and a "white pizza" made with Alfredo sauce in place of marinara.
