STRASBOURG, France (AP) — A hearing in Europe's human rights court could shed some light today on secret CIA prisons across Europe.

Lawyers for two terror suspects currently held by the U.S. at Guantanamo accuse Poland of human rights abuses.

They say the suspects were kidnapped under the CIA's rendition program and allege they were tortured in a remote Polish prison.
