Five People Arrested In Morgan City Robbery

A Sunday morning home invasion, robbery, stabbing and beating put a Morgan City man in the hospital and five people in jail. According to our news partners at KATC the victim had several cuts to vital areas and lost a lot of blood. The victim identified his attackers as:

• 21 year old Mariah A. Grimes of Morgan City
• 28 year old Geronimo R Martinez of Morgan City
• Jesus Munoz Perez
• Zenen Vaquez
• Ossiel Munoz Perez

All were charged with attempted first-degree murder, armed robbery and aggravated burglary.
The victim is currently in a New Orleans hospital in stable condition.
