Florida Congressman Facing Cocaine Possession Charge
WASHINGTON (AP) — Florida Congressman Henry "Trey" Radel is scheduled to appear in court in Washington, D.C. today, after being charged yesterday with cocaine possession.
The 37-year-old freshman Republican apologized to his constituents, calling it an "extremely irresponsible choice."
Radel says he's been struggling with alcoholism and plans to get help.
