I-10 Lane Closures Happening on Wednesday & Thursday Nights

Even as the coronavirus has slowed down traffic across the state, DOTD officials are still working to complete the I-10 Widening Project.

As part of the project, here are a couple of lane closures scheduled to happen this week:

• Wednesday: Right lane of I-10 WESTBOUND between Mile Marker 105 (Vermilion River) and Mile Marker 104 (Louisiana Avenue) will be closed from 8 PM until 6 AM Thursday morning. Crews will be making attenuator repairs.
• Thursday: Shadow Bluff Drive between East Pont Des Mouton Road and Louisiana Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from 8 PM until 2 AM Friday morning. Crews will be handling barrier rail installation on the Vermilion River Bridge. DETOUR: Includes Louisiana Avenue to East Pont Des Mouton Road
