I-10 Lane Closures Happening This Week

There's a couple of lane closures happening on different areas of Interstate 10 this week.

First, in Iberville and West Baton Rouge Parishes, there will be alternating lane closures happening tonight from 9 PM until 6 AM in both directions. The work starts at Ramah (mile post 135) and ends at Lobdell (mile post 151) as crews continue the construction of the I-10 cable barrier system. Heavy delays are expected.

Also, in the same parishes, the East Bound lane will be closed from the Mississippi River Bridge to the Atchafalaya Bridge beginning at 6:30 PM on Friday. This will last until 6:30 AM Monday as crews work on the asphalt. The detour is listed below
