I-10 Widening Project To Cause Road/Lane Closures On Moss Street Beginning Monday

DOTD workers are continuing their widening work on a 7.11-mile section of I-10 from I-49 to Breaux Bridge. The project includes pavement replacement within the existing lanes and the construction of one additional lane in each direction along I-10 from I-49 to La. 328 (Breaux Bridge), spanning Lafayette and St. Martin Parishes.

Monday, July 10, the northbound inside lane of Moss Street will be closed for waterline relocation. This will last through Friday, July 14, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM each day, weather permitting.

The project began in May 2017 and is estimated for completion in fall 2019.
