It’s Prison Time For A Man Who Keeps Coming Back Into The Country

A man who was deported from the United States on multiple occasions has now been sentenced to prison time for continuing to come back into the country.

The U.S. Attorney's Office reports that 30-year-old Nelson Orellana of San Miguel, El Salvador, was sentenced to the time for one count of illegal reentry into the United States.

The during the most recent incident, Orellana was found in a car with 8 other undocumented aliens in February of this year.

Officials learned he had come back into the country multiple times and has been deported multiple times. He was deported in March of last year, and then found in that car in February.

Orellana received the year-long sentence after his guilty plea.
