The Cajun Table to Open New Drive-Thru Location in Lafayette

LAFAYETTE, La. (KMDL-FM) - After opening up their first brick and mortar location in Lafayette in 2017, The Cajun Table quickly became a go-to destination for delicious boiled crawfish, fried shrimp and catfish, meatball stew, seafood po-boys and much more.

Due to the local restaurant's popularity, they will soon be adding a new, second drive-thru location for boiled seafood.

According to their website thecajuntablellc.com, they've always had a passion for cooking, and loved to share that passion with family and friends.

In 2015, The Cajun Table began their journey with the humble, and delicious, beginnings with a food truck. Over the next couple of years, The Cajun Table food truck became a must-try throughout Lafayette with fans tracking it down at local businesses, festivals, food truck gatherings...anywhere.

This eventually culminated in The Cajun Table opening up a traditional sit-down restaurant located at 4510 Ambassador Caffery in Lafayette in 2017.

Since then, things took off even more for The Cajun Table, so much so that have announced they will soon be opening up a second, drive-thru location in Lafayette.

The Cajun Table Drive-Thru Location

In a recent interview with whatnow.com, co-owner Lauren Suire announced that due to such high demand, The Cajun Table will be opening up a second drive-thru location for their highly sought after boiled seafood.

The new location at 6974 Johnston St. in Lafayette will feature crawfish boils during the season. It will also have shrimp boils. Suire said she and her co-owner husband, Sean Suire, are considering blue claw crab boils after crawfish season.

As of now, no opening date has been given for their new second location, but with their slogan "So good, your fork will fight ya spoon for a TASTE!!" it looks like 2026 will bring more opportunities for your forks and spoons to fight it out.
