LSU Athletic Director Joe Alleva Reportedly Will Step Down From Position At University

Some LSU fans have been waiting to hear this.

Multiple media outlets are reporting today that LSU Athletic Director Joe Alleva will walk away from his position at LSU.

This comes just days after the university reinstated suspended Men's Basketball Coach Will Wade.

According to the Baton Rouge Business Report, Alleva may step down as Athletic Director as soon as today, Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

He has been at LSU for nearly a decade and LSU officials are currently not commenting on this story.
