You've probably seen pictures on your social media from friends who've toured New Orleans for those now-infamous house floats.

But exactly how do you find out where those homes are located? There's a website for that. It's KreweofHouseFloats.org.

The Krewe of House Floats just released a map of all the 3,000 house floats.

Homes that wanted to be included on the map had to submit to the Krewe of House Floats. The map release actually just came out yesterday (Feb. 1).

"This is really about coming up with creative ways to celebrate carnival that keep everyone safe until we can get through to the other side of this pandemic," said Megan Boudreaux, Krewe of House Floats Founder.

The Krewe of House Floats also pledged to give back to the community by aiming to raise $100,000 for those affected by COVID-19 and Mardi Gras event cancellations. You can learn more about this fundraising effort at this link.

So get on out to NOLA and check out as many of these house floats as you can.
