KTDY’s Debbie Ray Announces Her Retirement

On the CJ and Debbie Ray in the Morning show today, Debbie Ray announced her plans for retirement.

Or, "semi-retirement", as she put it.

Debbie emotionally spoke of how much fun she and CJ had over the past 25 years, but also said that sleeping past 3 am is looking pretty good to her.

The final on-air promotion which Debbie Ray will be officially involved in is  "Shoeboxes for Seniors". Debbie made a plea to Acadiana, saying that donating to that event would be "the greatest favor" that could be done for her.
