Lafayette Sheriff’s Office Looking For An Aggravated Assault Suspect
The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office is looking for a man wanted for an aggravated assault that happened in August.
The Sheriff's Office is seeking 66-year-old Clarence Babineaux for an incident that happened on August 8.
The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information on Babineaux to call their office or to call Lafayette Crime Stoppers 337-232-TIPS.
The assault happened in the 300 block of Terry Drive, and police say Babineaux could still be found in that area.
Officials say Babineaux may also be in St. Martin or Natchitoches Parish as they say he is "known to have connections in these areas."
No other information about the case has been released.
