Lance Bush was arrested on Monday for unauthorized entry and is also under investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile in the home he entered.

According to the Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to a home in Napoleonville following reports of alleged inappropriate conduct with a juvenile and that Bush has made 'several advances on them' as reported by WBRZ.

Witnesses say Bush left the home before law enforcement arrived and returned to the house armed with a handgun. When Bush was confronted by Assumption Parish Sheriff's deputies, he attempted to flee but was apprehended shortly after that.

He is facing multiple charges, including six counts of resisting arrest and unauthorized entry into the home.

The Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office is continuing its investigation to determine whether any sexual crimes were committed. As more details emerge, residents are urged to remain alert and report any suspicious behavior to authorities.
