Multiple law enforcement agencies worked to investigate a Cybertip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, including the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Office/Louisiana Bureau of Investigations.

Through their investigation, the suspect was identified as 32-year-old Eduardo Edenilson Cuatro Pineda of Denham Springs and was taken into custody by the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office.

Authorities discovered Eduardo was in possession of 399 images and videos of child sexual abuse during the investigation. After obtaining a search warrant, law enforcement found multiple electronic devices along with a stolen firearm in Eduardo's residence.

Eduardo, who currently has an ICE Hold, faces the following charges according to LPSO:

Due to the ICE Hold, immigration is expected to take Eduardo into custody within 48 hours after his scheduled release date and determine if he will be deported.

The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information should contact one of the agencies involved.
