Man Wanted For Stealing Cash Registers Arrested

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office has now arrested the man they say is allegedly responsible for stealing the cash register out of a Subway restaurant in Broussard Sunday afternoon.

Larry Douglas Wynn Jr. is alleged to have taken the cash register out of that restaurant, and then alleged to have stolen the cash register out of convenience store on Weeks Island Road in New Iberia Sunday.

In both cases, witnesses told police they saw a man flee in a red Chevy TrailBlazer.

Wynn was booked into the Lafayette Parish Jail.
