Louisiana State Police Spokesman Trooper Thomas Gossen says that 19-year-old Justin Hollier of Arnaudville struck two bicyclists late Saturday night, and one of the victim's died.

State Police officials say that 67-year-old Clifton Charles was killed at the scene.

Another man was also hit. Allen Charles, 17, did receive some moderate injuries after being hit.

Gossen says that Hollier fled the scene after the crash, but the man did later return.

Officials say once the man came back to the scene he was booked into the St. Landry Parish Jail.

He was booked on charges of Underage Operating While Intoxicated along with Felony Hit and Run Driving.

Trooper Gossen says Hollier's blood alcohol test revealed he had a .03 percent content in his blood.

This crash happened on Louisiana Highway 741 in the area of Lanclos Road according to Gossen.

Both bicyclists were riding southbound on the right side of the road when Gossen says Hollier struck the two.
