Last Friday evening, someone robbed the Valero gas station that's at 1764 North Parkerson Avenue in Crowley, and Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers is sure hoping that someone will come forward with information that leads to an arrest.

A man walked into the convenience store March 27 at around 6:30 in the evening holding a gun. He wanted the cashier to turn over all the money.

Crowley Police officials say that the victim described the suspect as being a black male with red bandana over his face. The cashier said the guy had a medium build, and he had medium length hair.

In addition to that bandana over his face, he was wearing a sweatshirt. The item of clothing was black in color, and the sweatshirt had red writing on it.

Officials with Acadia Crime Stoppers are hoping that someone might recognize this man based on the photos they made from the surveillance video they have.

After getting what he wanted, the guy left the store on foot. Police say he took off towards the east.

If you can recognize the man, and you can give police information that leads to the suspect's arrest, you could make up to $1,000.

There are two ways that you can anonymously give authorities information so that no one will know it was you who provided the information.

The first way to give law enforcement anonymous information is by calling the Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers telephone number at 789-TIPS(8477).

The second way to give law enforcement anonymously is to download the P3 app on your phone.

Please help police solve this case.
