Derrick Breaux posted a video of a power plant catching fire in Gueydan after an apparent lightning strike.

As thunderstorms swept across the area on Monday afternoon, many reported lightning strikes across the area, but nothing as severe as what you will see below.

You can see the power lines arcing, then a huge plume of smoke begins to rise from the plant.
