Country Music Hall of Fame member Glen Campbell has passed away at the age of 81. Campbell had been suffering from Alzheimer's Disease for many years, and died this morning in Nashville.

He was CMA Entertainer of the Year in 1968, recorded 70 albums, had 21 top 40 hits, and his own TV show in the 1960s. He is survived by his wife Kim and 8 children. Instead of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Glen Campbell Memorial Fund, at BrightFocus Foundation, through the CareLiving.org donation page.
