Road Closures Happening In Lafayette This Week

This week, there is quite a bit of road construction happening in Lafayette. Besides closures dealing with the Verot School Road Widening Project and Pinhook Road, here are a few other road closures happening this week in the Hub City:

• 100 block of River Woods Drive will be closed from 8 AM until 2 PM Wednesday, October 11 as Public Works will be installing subsurface drainage culverts.
• W. Congress Street bridge, 0.2 west of Rue du Belier, will be closed for 1 week starting at 8 AM Wednesday, October 11 as crews will be completing bridge repairs on the timber piling.

Appropriate detour routes will be established.
