Scalise Interview On Guns Seems Pretty Eerie Now [VIDEO]

We have seen the topic of gun control come up several times today in the hours since Louisiana Representative Steve Scalise was shot outside Washington, DC. We know very little about the suspect and his motives, but investigators are pouring over a ton of evidence.

At this point, police have confirmed James T. Hodgkinson, 66, of Belleville, Ill was the shooter. President Trump said in remarks that the assailant had died, although he did not use his name.

Last year, Congressman Scalise joined Ken Romero and Doctor John Sutherlin on Go Acadiana to discuss the shortcomings of President Obama in the way of gun control. Needless to say, the internet found that video and many KPEL listeners said that much of what he said remains true today.
