Sen Kennedy Asks Key Question About Presidential Immunity

The next phase of President Donald Trump's impeachment trial is underway and questions are being asked by either side. Louisiana Senator John Kennedy got a question today and it had to do with the reasoning behind why the House investigators did not challenge President Trump's claims of immunity in the earlier investigation.
