Statue Vandalized At Abbeville Church

A statue at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Abbeville has been vandalized, according to the Abbeville Meridional.

The graffiti on the nearly 70-year-old statue was spraypainted with black spray paint and included a pentagram and a barely legible "Satan". There was also a crude sword painted on the statue.

Whoever vandalized the statue isn't a very accomplished artist, that's for certain.

A monetary reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible.
