
Suspect Arrested, Victim Identified in Fatal Shooting Outside Louisiana Hospital
(KPEL-FM) - Baton Rouge The Baton Rouge Police Department has identified both the suspect and victim involved in Wednesday afternoon's fatal shooting outside Our Lady of the Lake Hospital.

The suspect responsible for what Chief Morse describes as a targeted attack and is being considered a domestic violence incident has been identified as 60-year-old Roland Domino.
According to the BRPD Domino has a criminal arrest history of forgery, simple burglary, simple battery and aggravated assault.
Domino was arrested on the Mississippi River Bridge around 7 pm Wednesday evening and has been booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on one count of second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon, according to WBRZ.
58-year-old Patricia Jackson has been identified as the victim who was fatally shot in the parking lot of Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge.
Officers believe the shooting occurred during a verbal argument in the parking lot shortly after Jackson got off of work.
"It was a targeted attack, someone waiting for her when she got off work"
As of Thursday morning a bond has not been set for Roland Domino.
Details regarding their relationship and verbal argument have not been released.

Wednesday afternoon, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital was put on lockdown after a reported shooting took place outside in the parking lot.

BRPD Chief TJ Morse told WBRZ that the shooting happened just before 4 pm Wednesday on Hennessey Boulevard.
A female facility member was leaving Our Lady of the Lake hospital when someone shot her. Shortly after, she was rushed into the hospital's trauma unit, where she succumbed to her injuries sustained from the gunshot wound.
