Suspected Pipe Bombs Discovered in Lockport Crash

State Police say state Highway 308 near Lockport has been reopened. The highway has been closed all day while troopers responded to a singe vehicle accident with injuries. Several homemade pipe bombs were found in the wreck. The explosive devices have been detonated by bomb squad officers, and an investigation is underway.
