Using trained volunteers Healing House offers services free of charge.

Healing House will conduct training classes Friday and Saturday for those volunteers who want to work with families and children.

The 'Tini Tour' is a great adult fundraiser for Healing House to continue it's work with grieving children in Acadiana.

The Lafayette Hilton will be the venue for the culmination of the 2012 ABSOLUT 'Tini Tuesday Tour'.

"Children's Grief Awareness Day" is being recognized this afternoon in Lafayette. Healing House's Ryane Broussard and volunteer Karla were interviewed today on "Mornings With Ken & Bernie".

The Healing House is a local organization that helps young children through teens learn to deal with the death of a parent or sibling.  Their "Marini 2011" fundraiser continues.

The Healing House continues their fundraising efforts in a different way.  They have several local places competing to get the designation of "Best Martini".  Participants can vote by giving a dollar for each time they would like to vote for a particle martini.

Drink a martini or two or three for the sake of a kid!  What????? Eight local restaurants are doing their part to help a local organization dedicated to getting kids help after a parent or sibling has died.

Tim Benson with the Corporate Challenge event along with Ryan Broussard of Healing House of Lafayette came into the studio to talk about how businesses can team up to get physically fit and to help out kids dealing with the grief process.

Healing House; Hope for Grieving Children, is looking for volunteers to help grieving children who have experienced the death of a parent or sibling.
