Helping Hurting Kids By Martini Tour

The Healing House continues their fundraising efforts in a different way.  They have several local places competing to get the designation of "Best Martini".  Participants can vote by giving a dollar for each time they would like to vote for a particle martini.

During today's "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" Courtney with Charley G's joined us to talk about his new creation, "Flaming Lips" which has a delicious blend of Absolut Vodka, apple juice and a spicy twist!

Ryan Broussard of Healing House explains to listeners that their group helps children from four years of age to eighteen who have lost a sibling, parent or care-giver.  Broussard says the organization helps the children in a vareity of ways including peer-to-peer discussions.
