TBANGKOK (AP) — Five suspected members of an international drug smuggling network are on their way to the United States from Thailand.

Thai police say the two Britons, one Slovak, one Filipino and one Taiwanese are being escorted by U.S. drug agents and are charged with conspiring to smuggle cocaine.

They're accused of working for former U.S. soldier Joseph Hunter, who's charged in New York with conspiracy to kill a DEA agent and drug charges.
