Toronto Mayor Says He’ll Take Leave, Seek Help
TORONTO (AP) — Toronto's mayor Rob Ford is taking a leave of absence to get help for alcohol problems.
Ford admits he has a problem and says, "I have struggled with this for some time."
Ford issued the statement after The Globe and Mail newspaper said it's seen a second video of Ford smoking what appears to be crack cocaine in his sister's basement.
