US 90 Road/Lane Closures Stretching Across Lafayette & St. Mary Parishes

Because of the US 90 widening project and other needed road work, construction will be happening over the next few days in Lafayette and St. Mary Parishes.

Lafayette Parish

• Northbound lanes of US 167/US 90 (Evangeline Thruway) from Goldman Street to Bellot Street: Alternating nightly lane closures of the inside and outside lanes from 8 PM TONIGHT until 6 AM Sunday, weather permitting. Workers will be facilitating catch basin and pipe cleaning operations.
• Outside lane of US 90 Westbound and the access onto US 90 Frontage Road from LA 182: Will be closed intermittently on Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, weather permitting. Crews will be striping the roadway and installing temporary concrete barriers for the traffic shift on US 90 westbound between LA 182 and Albertsons Parkway.

St. Mary Parish

• US 90 Eastbound (0.6 miles east of LA 182): Alternating lane and shoulder closures happening Monday and Tuesday (June 25 & 26) as crews will perform roadway repairs from 8 AM until 4 PM, weather permitting.
