Wedding Reception Gone Bad

Opelousas Police are still trying gather information into a wedding that turned violent. Shots were fired and several arrests were made during the weekend wedding celebration at the North Park Civic Center. Police Chief Perry Gallow  says there were reports of shots fired but officers did not find a weapon. He says the investigation is ongoing.  Gallow says several females were taken into custody including a juvenile. He says this is a case of an argument that turned into a fight that got out of control.
