Westgate Standout Kayshon Boutte Commits To LSU Football

A local high school football standout from the Acadiana area has given a verbal commitment to the LSU Tigers.

A junior at Westgate, Boutte will be part of LSU's 2020 signing class.

The 5-foot-10, 180-pound Boutte, who is currently rated as the 42nd-best junior in the nation by ESPN, is considered a 4-star prospect.

Boutte is also ranked as the nation’s No. 66 overall prospect in the class of 2020, the nation’s No. 11 overall receiver, and the state’s top prospect, by the 247Sports Composite Rankings.
