You’ve seen them everywhere. The QR Codes are on posters, on boxes at the store, on the shelves. Many businesses are using them, but how can you make use of them? Branding expert Jaci Russo stopped by to talk with us on the Afternoon Drive Home and talked about how to use them and how to not use them.
Russo said they are a great way to share more content, like a video or a form. She also said that there are many that use them the wrong way. Russo said that there are some that use them on billboards and that is not a good idea at all. Russo said,
My favorite bad way to use a QR code is on a billboard on a highway at 70 miles per hour. I have to wonder what were they thinking?
