An Acadia Parish Juvenile Has Escaped From Detention

The Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office says a 15 year old juvenile escaped from the Acadiana Marine Institute early this morning.  The escapee is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall approximately 170 pounds.  When last seen at about 4:15am he was wearing a white tee-shirt, unknown color boxers and socks.  He has a tattoo reading 'Swamp' on his right arm and the word 'City' tattooed on his left arm.
