Arrest Made In December 17th Robbery

Lafayette Police were able to develop a suspect in the December 17^th robbery that occurred in the 100 block of Walker Road.  On December 28, 2010, an arrest warrant was obtained for Armed Robbery for the arrest of Anthony Venson (18) of Lafayette.  Venson is alleged to have committed the armed robbery at gunpoint on Walker Road, stealing an  I-Phone from the victim.  Police continue to investigate the other 6 robberies that occurred during the weekend of December 17, 2010.
