Baldwin Man Busted For Drug Possession In A “No Parking” Zone

If you're doing something illegal, it is probably best not to let your friend park in a "No Parking Zone". It may draw unwanted attention.

St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Deputies that are part of the narcotics division were patrolling in  Baldwin when they saw a car parked in the "No Parking Zone".

When they walked up to 32-year-old Leonard Ceasar's car, they saw his passenger holding a marijuana cigar.

Narcotics detectives say they discovered large bags of cocaine and heroin, that they say Ceasar was planning to sell.

He was booked into the St. Mary Parish Jail.
